**About the role**

Join our Information and Digital Services team as the ICT Asset Manager, where you will lead the charge in transforming our asset management practices. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of best practices, work with cutting-edge technologies, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization for a more efficient and streamlined ICT asset management approach.

**Responsibilities**
- Analyse the current asset management processes for devices/phones within the department and contribute to shaping the future asset management framework.
- Take a lead role in operational requirements, including stock take, purchasing, disposals, and management of MDM systems.
- Connect departmental needs with technology opportunities, advising on trends and tools that facilitate efficient future asset management.

**Skills and experience**
- Proven experience in asset management, demonstrating a deep understanding of the entire lifecycle of devices and phones.
- Proficiency in writing clear and effective policies, documents, and end reports for effective communication with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to map current processes, shape future improvements, and manage basic project requirements effectively.
