At ING Australia, we're dedicated to fostering a culture of inclusivity and innovation, with the support and resources you need to succeed. Join us today and take the first step towards building a career as exceptional as you are.
We’re looking for a **Vendor Co-Ordinator & Fulfilment Specialist** to join our high performing team in a **permanent **role**.** You’ll contribute to the management of ING Australia’s fulfilment requirements and providing support to Vendor & Outsourcing Managers, including risk and cost management, and leading the bank’s approach to customer statement delivery. You’ll also have a high degree of accuracy and a flexible approach as the daily tasks can be driven by meeting the Banking Code of Practice (BCOP) requirements as well as regulatory requirements.
In addition, there are set tasks to be undertaken on a regular basis. These set tasks include management of our mail house and print supplier requirements, effective management and delivery of the statement run, tracking of collateral requirements from third party vendors, invoice processing, risk management and vendor reporting.
**What you’ll do**
- Management of the quarterly statement run, and ownership of the statement run process.
- Tracking of collateral volumes with third party suppliers and ensuring materials are provided in timely manner.
- Work effectively with Marketing, Retail Tribe, Contact Centre and Technology teams to ensure vendor compliance to BCOP.
- Working with Vendor & Outsourcing Managers in managing risk events and associated targets.
- Payment of invoices across the Vendor Partnerships team.
- Provide specialist input (fulfilment and mail house) to relevant risk assessments across all business lines of the bank.
**What we’re looking for**
- Previous experience in a similar role within vendor and fulfilment co-ordination will be essential.
- Demonstrated experienced working within a regulatory environment with strong risk awareness. Previous retail banking experience would be highly regarded but is not essential.
- Excellent problem identification and critical thinking skills to escalate incidents or issues to relevant stakeholders when required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders.
- The ability to work efficiently and autonomously while utilising multiple systems within a processing environment.
- A self-starter with a thirst for knowledge, and the ability to adapt and make decisions in complex situations.
**What’s in it for you?**
- Drop everything and learn with over 16,000 professional and personal development courses to choose from
- Discounted ING Health Insurance
- An additional Rest Day to support your wellbeing
- An IMPACT day to volunteer on approved sustainability activity
