**Role Description**
This is a part-time remote Co-Founder role at Sofodel. for the Australia region. As a Co-Founder, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the company of the Australia region You will work closely with the other Founder to establish and implement strategic initiatives, meet business objectives and drive growth.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent analytical skills to understand and solve complex business challenges
- Strong communication skills for developing effective relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
- Proven sales and marketing skills to generate new business opportunities and increase revenue
- Expertise in research to help guide decision-making and develop innovative solutions
- Experience in sales and marketing preferred
- Qualifications in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for innovation and disruption
- Experience in a leadership role preferred
- should have office space
- at least 3 years of business experience

**Note**:
This is **not a salary-based job**. It is a **co-founder-level opportunity** with **profit-sharing** or **equity options**, depending on your contribution and agreement. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with the company, take ownership of the Australia region, and build something big — not just work _for_ Sofodel, but build Sofodel _with us_.

Pay: $500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

- B2B sales: 5 years (preferred)
