**As the manager you will lead a small team responsible for managing the complaints function of the Office of the Victims' Commissioner, in receiving and dealing with enquiries and feedback from victims of crime and resolving Charter of Victims' Rights complaints in accordance with the Act. In your role you will engage with victims of crime, victim support services and justice agencies to assist in identifying systemic issues affecting victims.
