The Role*

As a Pepperstone Delivery Lead, you are responsible for translating product roadmaps and overall vision into prioritised team backlogs, ensuring valuable product changes are delivered. You'll help the team find its working rhythm and define ways of working, focusing on continuous improvement, healthy and productive collaboration and building psychologically safe environments. By ensuring each person is working on the right tasks, removing obstacles to their progress, and protecting them from distractions, you'll ensure the team makes continuous progress on their goals. Day-to-day, you'll run key agile ceremonies (daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, review and showcases), ensuring meetings are efficient and goal focused.

Responsibilities include: *
- Using Agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
- Running Agile ceremonies for squads including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, review and showcases ensuring that requirements are discussed and understood by the team
- Focusing on continuous improvement of both the products and the delivery process and ways of working
- Maintaining a schedule of upcoming delivery releases and communicating timelines
- Planning and organising demos, facilitating collection and processing of feedback
- Providing relevant reporting on the status of delivery and following the governance structure
- Identifying and managing delivery risks
- Identifying and managing cross-team dependencies, organising and contributing to scaled agile ceremonies to manage them (scrum of scrums)
- Contributing to the delivery practice via knowledge sharing and working on practice improvement initiatives

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong experience acting as a true Agile champion
- Building relationships of trust with everyone you encounter
- Assisting teams and individuals to collaborate and coordinate their efforts towards a common goal within an Agile framework
- Engaging and communicating at all levels across the business to facilitate support for the team and provide visibility of the team’s progress
- Working with IT people, with all their geeky jokes and technical jibber-jabber
- Confidence that you can learn new things quickly
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
