**About Your Role**

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Customised Employment Coach to work within our Chief Employment Pathways Officer division.

In your role as Customised Employment (CE) Coach, you will be responsible for providing service delivery across the four phases of discovery, job planning, job development and negation, post-employment support to a caseload of jobseekers.

**Your Key Focus**

The CE Coach is responsible for supporting people with complex with disability and support needs.

You will deliver the Customised Employment Model to help support people with disability to build their capacity in finding and sustaining meaningful employment.
- Your key responsibilities:_
- Guide and support jobseekers to achieve their employment goals.
- Identify and arrange an optimal fit between the jobseeker, the employer, the job tasks, and the supporting environment.
- See things from different perspectives and “find another way”.
- Deliver the Customised Employment (CE) model.

**What We Look For**
- Previous experience in Employment Services, working with people with disability, or lived experience.
- Knowledge within the Disability Employment Services Sector, NDIS Sector, specifically Employment related supports.
- Ability to develop strong collaborative relationships with all stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for jobseekers with disability.
- Creative thinking outside the box.
- Passion for supporting and building the capacity of others.
- Experience or passion about person-centered approaches.
- High level of problems-solving and negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Some local travel required.
