**You will have**:

- Experience in providing support, information and referrals to
- people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to achieve sales targets and excellent customer service.
- Learn new computer systems quickly and a Microsoft Office star.
- Highly developed negotiation skills/case management experience.

Occasional travel to other local branches may be required therefore a valid Australian driver’s license is required.
