In addition, Room-Res also makes it easy for agents to create great-looking, high-converting online sales and quoting materials, helping agents to close more sales, in less time.

**The role**

As our Digital B2B Integration Maestro, you'll be crucial in unlocking the power of information and facilitating seamless connections across our digital landscape. Collaborating closely with the IT team, this role will focus on integrating our data systems and platforms to ensure efficient data flows and optimise our marketing operations. By leveraging your data analysis and IT integration expertise, you will provide valuable insights that guide decision-making and drive sustainable growth.

**Key Focus and Responsibilities**
- **Loyalty Program**: Lead the strategic development and execution of the loyalty program to enhance customer engagement and retention, leveraging customer data and segmentation strategies.
- **On-Site Marketing and Communications**: Lead our use of messaging and guides (thought Pendo) to improve the site experience for our users, and in turn increase their conversion.
- **Conversion Reporting**: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on marketing performance and campaign effectiveness. Contribute to data-driven marketing strategies, optimising audience targeting and personalisation efforts.
- **Analytics**: Analyse marketing data from multiple sources (including our CRM) to extract valuable insights and trends for data-driven decision-making.
- **Data Advocate**: Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless marketing systems and platform integration for efficient data flows. Ensure data accuracy and consistency through regular audits and quality checks. Establish and maintain marketing data governance policies and procedures for compliance and data security.

**About you**
- Strong proficiency in working with CRM marketing platforms like Zoho and Pendo.
- Proven experience in data analytics, particularly within a marketing context.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive valuable insights from complex data sets (including Segment / GA).
- An understanding of data flows, integration, and reporting.
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
