**About Us**

Located in Carrum Downs this manufacturer provides flavour solutions to the food, beverage, and nutraceutical markets across the Asia Pacific and looking for a highly motivated and driven individual who can take ownership of the day-to-day production requirements to manage the factory.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in a range of food and beverage products that are manufactured in-house and supplied around the world. This role requires you to lead a team to ensure that all deadlines and production expectations are met with the drive to make the factory and the employees excel in their areas.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Train, lead, and mentor a team within a manufacturing environment
- Maintain appropriate stock and inventory levels of all production materials
- Understanding of health & safety, quality assurance and production requirements
- Implement and streamline manufacturing processes, procedures, and systems
- Communicate with internal members daily to achieve required outcomes
- Produce quality products to ensure full support from sales, office to production

**Experience & Qualification**
- FMCG background within a LEAN manufacturing environment
- Attention to detail, strong process systems and focused on achieving outcomes
- 3 years’ experience supervising or managing a team in a factory
- Coach, lead, and teach staff within a manufacturing or warehouse environment
