This business are the quiet achievers behind many of the well-known “Iconic” FMCG brands you buy and use from major supermarket and hardware chains around Australia. i.e., insecticides, specialised cleaning, and personal care products amongst others.

This position will be leading a small team of internal maintenance staff, will tap into extensive industry, specialised equipment and product knowledge in other team members ranging from the Managing Director to factory floor staff. Where needed, the successful applicant must be willing to access other external specialists and resources to ensure effective, safe, quality maintenance of equipment, projects, and sites.
- Think systemically, value improvement & utilise investigation skills to find root cause, and drive corrective action
- Manage the use and integrity of MEX EMMS
- Have a consultative mindset with strength of conviction and interpersonal skills to influence or hold ground on critical values
- Manage change, enjoy learning, growing, and developing self and others while being part of a larger team.
- Have strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
- Be experienced in high-speed manufacturing ideally in a high safety focused environment
- Have proven leadership experience in a Maintenance and/or Trades role
- Have excellent/methodical organisation skills, (project/resource management skills/experience),
- Have good general maintenance/technical knowledge/experience/aptitude.
