**About Us**

You will have the opportunity to be involved in a range of building products that are manufactured in-house and supplied to residential builders around Melbourne metropolitan. This role requires you to lead a team to ensure that all deadlines and production expectations are met with the drive to make the factory and the employees excel in their areas.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Train, lead, and mentor a team within a manufacturing environment
- Maintain appropriate stock and inventory levels of all production materials
- Understanding of health & safety, quality assurance and production requirements
- Implement and streamline manufacturing processes, procedures, and systems
- Communicate with internal members daily to achieve required outcomes
- Produce quality products to ensure full support from sales, office to production

**Experience & Qualification**
- Attention to detail, strong process systems and focused on achieving outcomes
- 3 years’ experience supervising or managing a team in a factory desirable
- Coach, lead and teach staff within a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- The ability to provide leadership and guidance to the factory
- Enthusiastic leader who is self-motivated that has a passion for manufacturing

This role would be suitable for anyone who is currently in a Team Leader, Supervisor or 2IC position and looking to step up. You will have clear and concise communication skills, attention to detail with the ability to work to tight deadlines while having the passion and energy to achieve targets.
