**Position: Manager**

We are an independent fuel station/bait and tackle shop. We are well known and have been a community staple for 20 years. We are seeking an energetic person with management experience to work with our current manager to ensure smooth day to day operations.

Your Duties:

- Additional to retail management experience, working knowledge of the food service industry is highly desirable but not essential. This includes restaurants, supermarkets (fresh food) and café experience/barista made coffee.
- Proven track-record of delivering results in Retail Operations and Customer Service environment.
- Essential to have coaching experience, as you will be required to independently coach, document and monitor the performance of your team. This may include the performance management process as required.
- You will be skilled in people management, with the capacity to have courageous conversations if required.
- To undertake merchandising and rotation of stock, so that site presentation standards are met
- To be a leader that looks ahead, energizes their team and delivers with pride, always keeping safety and the customer front of mind.

**About YOU**:
You are an energetic person who can multitask and has good time management skills. You also have a a passion for customer service and look for ways to improve the customer experience. You are able to manage staff and liaise with reps.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From $30,000,000.00 per year
