The State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) is looking for a Delivery Manager for the Customer, Data and Delivery Division to join our team

**About the team**

This is an exciting opportunity to work in our State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) who regulates three statutory insurance schemes in NSW. This role sits more specifically in our Regulatory Intelligence and Analysis directorate who are responsible for the collection of data, advanced analysis of data, design and implementation of advanced visualisations and reporting all of which are essential for a data lead regulator.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Manage project budget, resources and deliverables including effectively communicating plans and processes.
- Educate, guide and support customers and stakeholders throughout the project.
- Manage a team contributing to a team culture of customer centricity, innovation, and collaboration.
- Manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and issues management.
