We’re on the lookout for a Casual Duty Manager to bring their A-game and join our vibrant team Nestled in East Victoria Park, our club is a buzzing hub of community spirit. With top-notch bowling greens, a Futsal field, and even a street roller hockey rink, we’re more than just bowls - we’re a social hotspot for birthdays, functions, and unforgettable barefoot bowls events.

**What We’re After**:

- Experience in managing a bar, restaurant, or club? Fantastic
- Sound knowledge of the Liquor Licensing Act and Directors Policies is key.
- Approved Manager? Big plus, but we won’t hold it against you if you don’t have one - If you're interested in getting it, we're open to discussing it.
- Solid computer skills and POS/Eftpos know-how.
- Event setup experience and a knack for keeping things running smoothly.
- Flexibility with working hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays).
- A friendly, positive attitude that makes members feel right at home.

**Your Role**:

- Keeping the bar running.
- Serving drinks, handling member queries, and ensuring every event is a success.
- Setting up for functions and keeping the bar area tidy.
- Complying with RSA regulations to keep things safe and legal.

**Job Types**: Casual, Seasonal, Temp to perm

Pay: From $32.35 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Approved Manager (preferred)
- RSA (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

**Location**:

- East Victoria Park, WA 6101 (preferred)
