**Part-time/Casual Duty Manager
- minimum 20-25 hrs per week.**

Are you an **experienced**individual looking for a Part-time/Casual position as a Supermarket Duty Manager? Join our dynamic team at IGA Supermarket and contribute to providing exceptional customer service in a thriving retail environment.

**Position**:

- Part-time/Casual Duty Manager (2 months’ probation period)

**Location**:

- Adelaide metropolitan
- Eastern suburbs

**Commencing**:

- May 2025

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the supermarket.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all departments, including customer service, stock management and cashier operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and support the store staff.
- Coordinate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement effective merchandising strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishing stock as needed.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on employee training and development.
- Handle any other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 5 years supermarket experience in Australia**.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy items as required.
