**The Adviser Offender Intervention will**:
Maintain and monitor program waitlists to ensure accuracy of information.Assist in program allocation and progressing program offers.Request and track prisoner transfers to ensure prisoners have timely access to programs and interventions not otherwise available at their centre.Contribute to the development of program scheduling on a state-wide level.Prepare correspondence as required to external stakeholders including Parole Board Queensland, Legal Services and direct letters to prisoners and their families.Liaise with key internal stakeholders including correctional centre staff, Sentence Management Services, High Risk Offender Management Unit and other key internal stakeholders to provide information as requested.Retrieve and maintain information on the Queensland Corrective Services Integrated Offender Management System (IOMS).Assist in development and implementation of workload management strategies to ensure core business objectives are maintained.
