Earlyhood Education & Care is dedicated to sourcing the most passionate and sought-after Early Childhood Educators & Teachers across Sydney. We provide specialist recruitment services to the Early Childhood Sector which includes Long Daycare, Preschool, OOSH care and community schools.

This family-based Childcare Centre located in Erina is looking for an Educational Development Manager to join their team. As the Educational Development Manager, you will be responsible for development, educating and training all Educators within the service.

You will be a mentor to the Educational Leader and Compliance Leader and will be required to take a hands-on approach by leading by example.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor of Education (Birth to 5) - ACEQCA recognized course
- Experience in quality systems management and strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Experience in auditing, planning, training and development
- First Aid & child protection
- WWCC & police clearance
- Proficiency in both English both written and oral
