At Trusted Home Care, we're expanding our Central Coast team and need qualified, experienced Support Workers to help our participants live safely and independently in their own homes.

We're not a big, faceless agency — we're a local company that values consistency, respect, and people who care about doing the job well.


The Work

We're after Support Workers (minimum Cert III in Individual Support or equivalent) with experience in high-intensity supports such as:

  • PEG feeding & bowel care
  • Catheter care
  • Medication administration
  • Manual handling & behaviour support

Most shifts are early mornings or late evenings, and we're looking for people who can be flexible and work across the Mid to Northern Central Coast — from Erina through to Lake Munmorah.

You'll have the flexibility to pick up additional shifts when available, and the opportunity to transition to a permanent position as our team continues to grow.


What You'll Bring

  • Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support / Disability / Aged Care
  • NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, First Aid & CPR
  • Experience in complex or high-intensity care
  • A calm, reliable attitude and strong communication skills
