**The Role**:
Lead the management of strategic partnerships with essential stakeholders, including local and international PR, showroom, and VIP agencies, to implement the global PR strategy. This role will act as the primary liaison to facilitate collaborative endeavors and ensure all communications reflect our clients brand identity, sparking interest and connection with target demographics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement PR strategies aligned with the brand's ethos to meet seasonal and overarching objectives.
- Offer strategic direction to agency partners, fostering cooperation for enhanced global outcomes and heightened brand visibility.
- Foster strong ties with internal stakeholders, including the brands leadership and department heads.
- Develop strategic alliances with global agencies.
- Supervise relationships with external PR/showroom and VIP services agencies.
- Manage media interactions, coordinating interviews and image requests alongside the Brand & Content teams.
- Collaborate with founders to craft responses for authorized interviews.
- Handle day-to-day communications and requests from external agencies including reporting
- Manage VIP dressing and gifting requests.
- Maintain and archive editorial and PR assets.
- Share on-brand PR/VIP/Influencer content with the internal Digital team.
- Update the Company Profile and brand Overview quarterly, maintaining a digital Master File.
- Distribute marketing materials quarterly to global agencies.
- Execute projects for new and expanding regions in collaboration with global PR partners
- Assist in planning seasonal runway shows and other brand events in alignment with the marketing calendar.

**Key Requirements**:

- Seasoned senior PR Manager with experience in agency leadership.
- Proven track record of cultivating and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
- International experience ideal
- Strategic planning and organizational proficiency for seamless execution in dynamic settings.
