Reporting to the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for the development, management and implementation of the PR strategy for the Asia Pacific operations with the aim of raising the profile of the business and its divisions to all media and stakeholders whilst maintaining the integrity of their corporate identity.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Develop relevant and accurate press releases, by-lined articles, blog articles, comment pieces and LinkedIn Publishing posts
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with the local PR agencies, and develop and maintain excellent relationships with tier one journalists
- Ensure that all appropriate media opportunities are communicated to relevant spokespeople, and full briefing notes and training are provided
- Analyse the results of company surveys and leveraging actual events/issues to create strong news release angles - including in new/digital media
- Produce monthly quantitative and qualitative metrics to measure the success of the PR program
- Produce high-quality, engaging and search-optimised content for search, website traffic, customer engagement and lead generation.
- Develop creative assets aimed at supporting Robert Half’s content marketing strategy
- Assist implementing their SEO strategy by securing inbound links through content creation for third-party vendors and alliance partners
- Create thought leadership pieces such as the Salary Guide, reports, ‘How to’ guides and CFO research papers
- Work with the PR agencies, the content team and international colleagues to analyse and map out topics for the international PR survey programs

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Qualified degree, with a post graduate qualification in Public Relations and Communications preferred
- Minimum three to five years’ working experience in public relations
- Extensive media relations experience
- Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Proven expertise in managing external PR agencies
- Ability to analyse and achieve results, meet deadlines and “get things done” in a disciplined and practical way
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Standard SEO knowledge is a plus
