We are looking for an experienced corporate receptionist to join an amazing team as soon as possible. Working in Chatswood, this is a full time role working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm. This opportunity has the potential to go permentant and 1 or 2 months.

**Your day to day**:

- Meeting and greeting visitors/clients upon their arrival
- Assisting the wider team with administrative tasks
- Develop a general knowledge of the company’s business and customers
- Setting up of meeting rooms and organising catering
- Organise couriers for pick-up and delivery
- Facilities coordination
- Process orders/invoices

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of corporate reception experience
- Professional attitude with great communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to self-manage and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Efficient and competent in Microsoft Office and Outlook
