We have an exciting opportunity within a fast growing, dynamic organisation to make a difference. We are looking for a talented and dynamic **Corporate Receptionist** to join the team at our new Chatswood office
**About the Role**
- You are the face of Asuria, ensuring a welcoming, clean and Enterprising Heart environment for all staff and visitors arriving at our Chatswood office
- Oversee and maintain the reception area and all meeting spaces, ensuring they are clean, efficient and welcoming
- Provide support services to staff and visitors utilising the reception area and meeting spaces
- Provide assistance to the Executive Assistant, delivering confidential, high quality administrative support to staff and visitors as required
**Key Accountabilities**
- Work to a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and timeliness in all duties.
- Responsible for the board and meeting room diary management.
- Arrange board/meeting room refreshments and/or catering as required.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate meeting room or hot desks.
- Provide administrative support to visitors as required.
- Maintain a clean, sanitised and tidy reception area in adherence with company covid directives.
- Co-ordinate courier deliveries, accept mail and distribute.
- Organise staff anniversary gifts and celebrations.
- Support Office Manager in event organisation, catering, setting up and clearing.

**What sets you apart from the rest?**
- At least 1-3 years Corporate Reception / Front of House experience is preferable
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Administration experience preferred with Microsoft suite knowledge.
- Ability to self-manage and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff, clients and stakeholders.
