Sales and Marketing Specialist
Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to increase revenue for CreatorFox and our clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching industry trends, market dynamics, and potential client needs.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and industry networking.
- Collaborate with our internal team to create impactful marketing campaigns, including digital content, social media strategies, and promotional materials.
- Generate and follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals effectively.
- Track and analyze sales and marketing performance, leveraging data to optimize campaigns and improve client results.
- Present regular reports and insights on sales performance to senior management and clients.
- Assist in developing competitive pricing strategies that maximize profitability while delivering value to clients.
- Represent CreatorFox at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand visibility.
Skills Required:
Sales Skills:
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple client projects.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Marketing Skills:
- Experience creating engaging content and managing successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of branding and audience segmentation.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication for client presentations and internal team collaboration.
- Skilled in networking and building relationships with clients and partners.
Analytical Skills:
- Ability to interpret market data and sales metrics to drive performance improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills for overcoming sales challenges and refining processes.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Experience with marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and HubSpot.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in a sales or marketing role, ideally with experience in a marketing agency setting.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and delivering marketing success for clients.
- Experience in developing and executing both traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a dynamic team environment.
- High level of initiative and self-motivation.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as necessary.
- Knowledge of the marketing or creative industry is a plus.
