**Purpose of the Position**
An exciting opportunity for a Social Media & Digital Manager to provide forward thinking social and digital content for an industry leader in the delivery of Intravenous Nutrient Therapy, Cosmetic Injectables and Body Treatments.If you want to be challenged, have a creative mind and standout copy writing skills then you need to apply. Reporting to theFounder and Managing Director you will play an important part of our expansion strategy as we continue to build our brand Australia wide.Creative marketing engagements with targeted audiences across a wide range of internal and external priorities is what we are looking for.

**The Opportunity**
You'll manage our socials with the scope to try new things in order to drive engagement and growth.

**Qualifications**
To be successful you need to have strong skills and knowledge of social media platforms and tools. A strong understanding of social trends and the creative skills to harness them. As a creator you will need to be proficient with Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram (posts, stories, reels IGTV). Comfortable with a range of editing tools, such as: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, mobile creator apps, and in-app editing. Strong communication skills and proficient in English to write engaging content / headlines.

**Deliverables**:

- Promote the vision, purpose, values, and behaviours of the UAT Student
- Grow the UAT Student brand in a dynamic and vibrant way through best practice initiatives, advocacy, engagement, and first-class customer experience methodologies
- Produce content for all digital media platforms, ensuring a consistent and on-brand experience
- Track, optimise and analyze digital activities and deliver periodical reporting of the organisation’s digital channels, against targets, along with trends and analysis
- Ensure effective management of risk and compliance with regard to digital systems and privacy
- Manage the day-to-day needs of UAT Student digital channels, with a customer-first approach including: Managing and responding to social media interactions

Website management, ensuring content and news is engaging with target audiences in a timely manner
Review and tracking of website performance using tools such as Google Analytics
Social media management of core platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter
Researching and writing engaging, and relevant content across social media and magazine articles
Keep up to date with digital trends to contribute to recommendations and improvement opportunities
- Any other reasonable duties within the Employee’s capabilities are expected to be undertaken as directed from time to time

**Is this you?**
- Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in a similar role
- Ability to prepare quality and accurate written communication, correspondence and reports
- Have strong communication skills and the ability to work with a range of people/stakeholders
- Experience using WordPress
- Proficient in Canva
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Biteable or Vimeo video editing experience
- Understanding of the Windows operating environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently and as part of a broader team

**We would also love you to have**:

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications
- Experience with Google AdWords and SEM
- Understanding of SEO
- Video editing and development
- Experience with the Adobe Suite, including Photoshop

**Salary**: $46,745.25 - $86,865.28 per year
