We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Agency on a contractor basis. Our one-stop Marketing Agency aims to help our clients thrive in a changing omnichannel world and leverage their unique strengths to build a personalized roadmap to success.

You will develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You thrive on creating business impact through understanding and achieving client goals. The Digital Marketing Specialist will support social media campaigns and ad strategy, community management, content creation, and execution.

**Responsibilities**:
Design, build and maintain social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

Knowledge AND Skills:
A creative thinker with a developed understanding of the need to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
A strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media standards and best practices, as well as recent trends
An aptitude for content creation, and the ability to decide the needs of various channels and to coordinate and execute the best possible formats for each
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tell stories that bring a brand voice to life.
Deep knowledge of social media platforms and how individuals of all ages are best engaging with content across those brands
Effective verbal communications skills in both one-on-one and group settings.
Creative, collaborative, and highly organized in your approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
Scrappy. You're a proactive self-starter with the ability to effectively manage several projects at once, prioritize responsibilities, and work in high-pressure situations.
Strong attention to detail
Basic photography and video skills

**Qualifications**:
Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Strong knowledge and experience of all different digital marketing channels, online marketing tools and best practices
Experience with SEO and SEM
Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

**Salary**: $54,269.94 - $140,452.84 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
