**Your New Role**
As the Performance Marketing Lead, you’ll drive the digital marketing strategy, ensuring we reach the right customers, maximise our ROI, and accelerate business growth. You’ll take the lead in managing multi-channel campaigns across paid search, social, display, and affiliate marketing, using data to refine and optimise performance. Reporting to senior leadership, your insights will shape how we achieve key metrics and propel us forward.
You'll be hands-on, guiding the execution of our campaigns while keeping an eye on industry trends and identifying fresh opportunities for growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and love a challenge, this is your opportunity to make a big impact.
**Your Day to Day**
- Lead performance marketing strategies across multiple digital platforms
- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns to drive high-quality traffic
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies
- Drive A/B testing to enhance ad creative, targeting, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with business goals
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and explore new growth opportunities
- Oversee budget allocation to maximise campaign effectiveness
- Work with external agencies and platforms to ensure seamless execution
**What You Need**
- Deep expertise in paid search, social media, display, and affiliate marketing
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager)
- Exceptional analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into strategy
- Experience with A/B testing and iterative marketing practices
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns
- Knowledge of SEO and broader digital marketing principles is a plus
