**Job Description**:
Our Pact Packaging (PPA) division is pioneering a whole of product life cycle approach to sustainable packaging. Partnering with global brands to local dairy producers, we integrate supply chain efficiencies and sustainable practices into everything we design and manufacture.
**About this opportunity**
The Supply Planning Manager provides leadership to manage the supply planning function across the Pact Packaging Australia (PPA) business. This role leads a lead a team of direct reports including Supply Planners and Analysts.
**Your key responsibilities will be to**:
- Be responsible for leading a complex portfolio of products
- Development of a rolling, collaborative view of supply that aligns with the demand forecast and drives one set of numbers throughout the business.
- Own and develop production and supplier capacity models and key levers to optimise manufacturing and suppliers for optimised total cost of supply
- Assist in developing and implementing departmental, manufacturing, supplier management goals
- Drive collaboration and partnership with the Sales, Finance and Demand Planning teams across PPA
- Develop strategic plans to guide portfolio reliability and ensure continued service improvement for long term performance
- Lead and drive best practice Supply Management disciplines, principals, and behaviors.
- Facilitate and drive the analysis of network supply performance
- Develop, implement and monitor key KPIs impacted by demand and supply planning activities and outputs.
- Lead and develop a robust S&OP process at Segment level for Supply Review
**Your skills and experience**
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in a supply chain (Planning) leadership role of increasing responsibility.
- Strong matrix, global organisation management demonstrating relationship management skills with excellent written & verbal communication and ability to influence cross-functionally
- Strong understanding of SCM best practices
- Experience in using and improving systems (SAP ERP and Oracle preferred)
- Proven people and line management experience
- Knowledge of processes in sales, marketing operations, finance and manufacturing
- Demonstrated success in driving change management, process excellence and continuous improvement
- Strong discipline in implementing and sustaining process and systems to support set KPI’s
**Qualifications**:
- Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline
