Lead and manage all areas of supply planning disciplines for Opal Bags Solution, which will deliver the targeted customer service level within the agreed inventory targets for both Finished Goods and Raw Material.

You will contribute to the success of Opal by:

- Champion and demonstrate the Opal values in team engagement and supply chain operations
- Identify and participate in ongoing strategic developments for board and finished goods supply
- Manage planning, capacity planning and scheduling to achieve delivery and responsiveness targets cost effectively
- Analyse and evaluate the supply plan to satisfy customer needs considering the network capacity, complexities, supply lead time and constraints
- Provide a 12-18 months inventory projection to Logistics to efficiently manage storage requirements
- Instil a progressive culture and coach team for continuous improvement of the planning process

Specifically for this role, we expect you will have;
- Minimum 5-years’ experience in planning, particularly in a manufacturing/factory environment
- 2-3 years SAP -APO or other advanced ERP systems
- Determined to optimize & manage performance with future & external focus
- Have the ability to guide and manage the team to success as well as being able to be involved and analyse the data to assist the team
- Chooses objectives which will have the biggest impact on business results; takes calculated entrepreneurial risks over time to achieve business goals
