**Highlighting the importance of this role for our team**:
Working as a Support Worker will see you encourage children and young people with high complex needs to achieve the best outcomes. You will have the opportunity to provide ongoing monitoring of placements with foster carers, including the transition of children and young people entering or exiting from placements.

**What you can bring to the team**:
You will have the ability to easily establish and build rapport with people, in addition to being a naturally caring and positive individual. This is a role working with people and as such, you should really thrive on those daily interactions.

With excellent communication skills, you are capable of liaising comfortably with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

To be successful, you will have a Certificate III in Protective Care, Youth or Community Services or equivalent and/or related experience with a willingness to participate in further training. You will also possess experience in providing training to adults, and providing a range of supports, including behaviour management and stress management strategies.
