**Position: Support Worker**

**Location**: Ashmore

**Employment Type**: Casual with set shifts

Monday & Fridays 4-8pm with room to grow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with diverse needs.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks.
- Encourage independence and promote personal development in our clients.
- Maintain accurate records and document progress.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment.

**Requirements**:

- A passion for helping others and a positive, empathetic attitude.
- Experience with Enteral feeding essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a care or support role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
