**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
All applicants must be currently or shortly undertaking their PLT and be entitled to College of Law (or equivalent) insurance.

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic law student to assist our in-house legal department. You will receive hands-on experience in legal matters including: intellectual property, corporate transactions and commercial matters. Tasks will include due diligence, writing case and topic summaries, internal legal advices, legal research and assisting in the preparation of seminar materials.

This role would suit you if you prefer a fast-paced and dynamic workplace and are enthusiastic, an excellent researcher and a problem solver

Ideally you can show us a proven interest in the creative arts (advertising, photography, music, art, film & tv), intellectual property or technology/IT and have an interest to work in an in-house environment.

Previous experience in a law firm, in-house or corporate/commercial environment an advantage.

You must be able to commit to at least 1-2 days per week for a minimum of 6 weeks, preferably longer.

Note: this is a voluntary placement.
