Sun Lawyers is a well-established boutique law firm based in Sydney, with a focus on commercial, property, and migration matters. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PLT / Paralegal to join our team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your legal career in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist lawyers in drafting and preparing legal documents, correspondence, and reports;

  • Provide legal and administrative support to solicitors across a variety of matters;

  • Manage and maintain client files with accuracy and confidentiality;

  • Liaise effectively with clients, courts, and relevant stakeholders;

  • Assist with property transactions, contract preparation, and compliance requirements;

  • Conduct legal research as required;

  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, billing, and diary management.

Skills & Experience

  • Fast learner with the ability to manage legal and administrative tasks independently under supervision;

  • Strong communication and client liaison skills;

  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills;

  • Previous legal experience (including PLT placements or internships) will be highly regarded.

  • Familiarity with legal software such as LEAP, PEXA, and Duties Online is highly regarded.
