**Job Title: Production Assistant**

We are looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, and communicative Production Assistant to join our team and assist in daily operations, ensuring the efficient functioning of the team.
- **Factory Collaboration and Production Coordination**: Work closely with factory partners to coordinate production schedules, ensure smooth production progress, accurately communicate product specifications, and promptly resolve any issues arising during production. Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
- **Order Management**: Assist in managing production orders, track the status of raw materials, components, and finished goods, ensuring timely delivery and smooth supply chain operations.
- **Quality Control**: Participate in product quality control inspections to ensure products meet the company’s high-quality standards. Communicate closely with fashion production team members, provide timely feedback on sample issues, and organize and archive fashion samples.
- **Documentation Management**: Accurately record and maintain production-related data, including order status, production progress, and cost information. Use SAP systems for data entry and tracking.
- **Cost Analysis and Budget Assistance**: Assist in cost analysis related to production processes and materials, participate in budget development and optimization to ensure production efficiency and cost control.
- **Cross-Department Communication**: Maintain effective communication with internal departments (such as logistics, procurement, and operations teams) to ensure alignment on production schedules and priorities, ensuring smooth production processes.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate smoothly with international partners and teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly express information and coordinate with others.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Experience in food production is preferred.
- Familiarity with food supply chain and production processes will be an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Food Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (or related fields).
- Salary: AUD 55,000 - 70,000, based on experience.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
