**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an efficient, detail-oriented, and reliable Administrative Assistant to support the company’s daily operations and administrative tasks. In this critical role, you will handle documentation, schedule management, client communications, and assist in maintaining tender-related information to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document processing.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements, and prepare related materials.
- Maintain and update company databases and tender-related information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to complete assigned tasks and provide project support.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Proven experience in administrative or assistant roles; experience in the medical product industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build good relationships with the team and clients.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and deliver results efficiently.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong stress management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From $48,551.81 per year
Expected hours: 1 - 3 per week
