**Overall Purpose**:
To assist in the operation of the store to achieve sales targets and profitability through the effective dispensing of glasses, the sale and promotion of contact lenses, audiology services and the delivery of excellent customer service.
**A successful applicant MUST have**:

- Optical experience
- A passion for providing the highest standard of customer service and aftercare
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to deal with a wide range of customers and staff.
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work cohesively and productively within a team
- Telephone skills
- Flexibility to work late nights and weekends

**Desirable skills include**:

- Strong computer literacy
- Good standard of personal presentation
- Initiative, punctuality and reliability

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-38 per week

**Salary**: $40,741.98 - $62,659.29 per year
