**About Us**
**About the Position**
As a Commercial Account Executive, it is your responsibility to maintain, manage and grow productive and profitable relationships with mid-market organisations who are already with Whispir and uncover opportunities by showcasing our platform to new prospects. You will support clients' communication and engagement strategies through creative and compelling use of the Whispir platform and contribute to the overall positive image of the company and help them accelerate on their KPIs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Learn and maintain a high level of product knowledge and ability to use the Whispir platform
- Learn and constantly develop a strong set of sales and customer engagement skills
- Managing new and existing customers and build strong client relationships
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and work with external and internal stakeholders to present the solutions while developing an understanding of industry trends, best practices and business goals
- Proactively manages renewals for assigned accounts
**About You**

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 2-3 years of Account Executive experience (preferably SaaS)
- "Can Do" attitude with a willingness to learn independently
- High level written and communication skills
- Ability and willingness to work and manage your schedule autonomously
- You pick up new technologies quickly and utilise them
- Work well within a team environment and cooperate with others
