- $32.69/hour + Super
- Temp to Perm position
- Hybrid Work Environment (2 days per week in the office)

Your new role
- Resolving complex and standard investigations on all payment related enquiries which result from Domestic and Cross Boarder payment processing and account enquiries
- Relating to Vostro account enquiries and Nostro Reconciliation enquiries
- Recovery of losses as a result of processing errors and system incidents
- Active monitoring of cases to ensure quality, SLA and regulatory requirements are met
- Positive customer experience both to internal and external customers
- Able to identify customer needs by raising improvement suggestions through appropriate channels
- Ability to work autonomously & under pressure
- Seeking progression within a Big 4 Bank
- Portray following qualities: Quick learner, Proficient with multiple software’s, Flexibility & Adaptability
