Perth Eastern Suburbs, Australia Grand Hotel Management Pty Ltd Full time

As part of the Functional Management Team, you will report into the Country General Manager with secondary reporting (dotted line) to the Director, Group Human Resources based in Singapore and work in partnership with managers, team leaders and our external HR partner, to drive and complete all HR activities.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Partnering with key stakeholders on all HR activities and projects.
- Working in collaboration to develop annual HR planning and strategy.
- Support Managers in activities relating to compliance, employee retention, and engagement.
- Taking the lead on workforce planning and coordinate all recruitment in partnership with our external Recruitment Partners.
- Responsibility for the induction, on-boarding of new staff and off-boarding staff.
- Having oversight of developmental requirements, including probationary reviews, 1:1’s and specific performance management issues.
- Ownership of the HR (BIPO), and the group and company policies / procedures / documentation.
- Ownership of the cultural recognition framework supporting the Country General Manager.
- Undertake all monthly reporting for management - KPI’s, movements, leave & compliance.
- Contribute to the internal communication content in relation to people moves, milestones, recognition, and values.

To be successful you will bring:

- Proven experience in a Generalist HR role.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent.
- Experience partnering with internal and external mangers/stakeholders.
- Knowledgeable on Morden Slavery Act.
- Proven ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Passion to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information System), but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $95,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Performance bonus
