Maddington Hyundai are currently seeking an enthusiastic **Customer Service Officer / Automotive Service Advisor** to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our dealership, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their automotive service needs.

**The Role**:

- Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their concerns, and provide professional recommendations for vehicle repairs and maintenance. Build long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our dealership.
- Schedule service appointments and ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet customer demands. Coordinate with the service technicians to provide accurate estimates and timelines for repairs. Communicate with customers throughout the service process, keeping them informed of progress and any necessary updates.
- Identify opportunities to promote additional services and accessories that enhance customers' vehicle ownership experience. Provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations on service packages, extended warranties, and vehicle upgrades, with the goal of increasing sales and revenue.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, service histories, and vehicle information using our dealership's software systems. Ensure all necessary documentation, including work orders and invoices, is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with service technicians to understand repair requirements and relay necessary information to customers. Explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner, ensuring customers have a comprehensive understanding of the work being performed on their vehicles.

**You**:

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate recommendations. Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and diagnose technical issues, providing effective solutions to customers and service technicians.
- Present a professional and polished image, with a strong work ethic and commitment to integrity.
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor / Technician or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred but not essential.
