Smart Realty is looking for a passionate and energetic person to join their friendly team at their Maddington office We are searching for an office all-rounder and inspections assistant that is available to work Monday to Friday, 9am - 4pm.

We are searching for a new team member to assist with a variety of tasks around the office. These include but are not limited to:

- Reception duties
- Responding to enquiries
- General office duties such as filing etc
- Assisting team members with reports and paperwork when required
- Assist with routine inspections and property condition reports when required
- A positive “can-do” attitude
- Willingness to jump in and help out with a variety of tasks
- Current driver’s license to drive to inspections
- Proficiency with computers and tech
- Good customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Property Management experience is preferred but not essential

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Maddington, WA 6109: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Property management (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
