**Maddington Hyundai** are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic **Customer Liaison Officer’s** to join our team and play a vital role in coordinating with customers and our sales team.
As a Customer Liaison Officer, your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain excellent communication channels with our valued customers and previous leads. You will serve as the bridge between our customers and the sales team, ensuring a seamless experience and exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
**The ROLE**:
- Proactively contact customers and previous leads via phone to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide information about our car inventory, promotions etc.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, nurturing rapport and trust.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups on customer queries, requests, and leads.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments, test drives, and vehicle deliveries, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding pricing, vehicle specifications, financing options etc.
- Address and resolve any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Continuously update your knowledge of our car inventory, industry trends, and dealership promotions to deliver exceptional customer service.

**YOU**:
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales-related role is highly desirable.
- Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations
- Well presented, professional with an attitude to succeed
- Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
