**Service Manager - Residential Aged Care - Laidley**

Located in Laidley, “Tabeel” is surrounded by lovely gardens where residents can enjoy the sunshine, potter in the garden or spend time with family. Our accommodation options include single, shared and private ensuite rooms, with accommodation for couples. Respite care is also available.

**About the role**:
Our Service Manager is responsible for providing leadership to an innovative and thriving community, where best practice, person centred, evidence-based care, community connection and vibrancy thrives. This role is responsible for overseeing the assets of the facility, our people and our residents.

This is a big role, and we are looking for someone who enjoys a challenge and will not shy away from the tough decisions. This role will enhance lifestyle choices and support a performance culture that further enhances the well-being of the residents, meets community expectations and all regulatory requirements including quality accreditation.

We are looking for a motivated aged care leader with a long term vision and a passion to work in regional communities.
