**The Company**:
Our client is a privately owned agency based in Sydney. The company is growing and they are looking to add an additional designer to the team. We are seeking a talented Mid-weight Designer who enjoys experiential design. The client works on large-scale events for a great mix of well-known consumer brands. This role is a mix of design and artwork. This would suit someone highly creative as this team produces some amazingly cool creations.

The client would love someone with some relevant experience in environmental design. Someone who can work from concept to completion and who enjoys working as part of a busy and collaborative team. You must be proficient across the Adobe Creative Suite and any experience in motion or 3D would be highly regarded. Any illustration skills would also be beneficial. The company are willing to upskill someone who may have some but not all of the skills required.

This is a small yet highly effective bunch who all enjoy working together. It’s a lovely opportunity for the right person.

**Key Skills**:
We are seeking:

- Minimum of 4 years of industry experience
- Experience in events, exhibitions or conferences would be ideal
- Ability to work from concept through to completion
- Highly proficient across the Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in motion, 3D or illustration would all be highly regarded
- Great team player
- Must be based in Sydney. They work a hybrid model.
