**About the role at Eucalyptus**

We are on the hunt for a talented designer to join the Software squad. You'll play a critical role in shaping the brand’s visuals, creating and executing campaigns, and delivering work that has a real impact on the lives of Australians.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Design Process Management - Collaborate with Product Management to lead the design process enabling the build of the Product vision to meet market and user needs
- Leading of UX and UI Design - Lead the design of product features underpinned by UX and UI Design principles to create desired user-centred experiences
- Requirements Gathering - Collect and understand desired specifications of a deliverable or project, and stakeholder requirements.
