**About the role**:

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team on a contract basis for a 10 month period.
***In this exciting, role you will be the face of our aged care home. Using your impeccable customer service skills you will provide a welcoming environment for our visitors, residents, and fellow team members. You will get to work closely with the leadership team and provide quality administration support.

**What we are looking for**:

- Strong customer service background and experience, including front-of-house experience.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated attitude
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn and implement new software/programs.
- Experience working within a Residential Aged Care home or Community Service, not for profit or similar organisation (desirable).
- A current National Police Check
- Full Covid vaccination evidence
