Due to continual growth we are seeking a motivated self starter to join our production team. We have excellent working conditions with a friendly work environment.

Looking for reliable, hard-working person with attention to detail, and can work unsupervised.

To be successful in this position you must be able to follow directions and have the ability to work efficiently. You must be a Permanent Australian resident or have the right to work in Australia.

You will learn:
Materials processing, batching, and quality control.

Material selection, manipulation of properties. Failure mechanics.

Machine operation, including batching, mixing, machining, lab equipment and much more.

Requires some heavy lifting and experience with operating machinery and power tools a benefit but not essential. Ideally, you have experience working in a factory environment. Experience in fabrication, machining and tooling in a jobbing shop, and with manual lathes an advantage.

Varied duties including processing incoming orders, despatch, record keeping, mixing materials to exact specifications and formulas, assembling mold parts, and filling molds to cast a wide range of products.

Open to young and mature alike.

Ability to undertake an apprenticeship if you would like

**Salary**: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Redbank, QLD 4301: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
