Acu-Tech Piping Systems has an urgent need for Senior Machine Operators. As an incentive we are offering a Sign-On Bonus for these roles.

$5,000.00 Sign-On Bonus:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor HDPE pipe extrusion lines
  • Set up and operate coiler machines
  • Conduct regular product checks and record accurate measurements and data
  • Handle coloured materials for production
  • Operate forklifts and Hubtex equipment safely and efficiently
  • Troubleshoot faults and adjust machine settings to ensure quality output
  • Work on a rotating shift schedule (day, afternoon, night – 8-hour shifts), including weekends and overtime when required

What We're Looking For:

  • Current Forklift Licence (LF High Risk) – essential
  • Current Driver's Licence – essential
  • At least 2 years' experience in HDPE or PVC pipe extrusion
  • Candidates with injection or blow moulding experience will also be considered
  • Prior training in Workplace Health, Safety & Environment (WHSE) practices
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and ISO 9001 standards
  • Competence using measuring tools (vernier callipers, micrometers, Pi tapes)
  • Strong mechanical or technical aptitude
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a solid team spirit
  • Must be local to Ipswich or willing to travel to Redbank
