Your Role & Responsibilities

**Quoting & Order Processing**
- Prepare accurate customer quotes with input from the team.
- Follow up on open quotes to help convert opportunities into sales.
- Enter confirmed orders into our system, ensuring all details, pricing, stock, and timelines are correct.
- Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure orders are dispatched on time and in full.

**Client Service & Sales Support**
- Assist walk-in customers, guiding them to the right products based on their needs.
- Answer phone enquiries, filter new leads, and direct technical or complex queries to the appropriate team member.
- Work collaboratively to ensure every client order is complete, correct, and ready for collection or delivery.

**Learning & Product Knowledge**
- Participate in supplier training and join site visits to see products in action.
- Learn to confidently assist with basic technical questions and system recommendations.
- Take initiative in expanding your product knowledge and sales capabilities.

**Team & Project Support**
- Work closely with senior staff to help deliver commercial and residential projects.
- Assist with client communication, quote preparation, and follow-up actions related to active jobs.
- Stay organised and proactive in supporting the project pipeline and client relationships.
- Contribute to a team environment that values clarity, consistency, and reliability.

**What We Offer**
- Competitive Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
