An opportunity exists for a full-time Customer Services Assistant to join our Australasia operations based at Geebung, in the northern suburbs of Brisbane.

**Position Summary**

The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for servicing key accounts and looking after a large number of customers. The average day will involve processing orders, quotes, generating warehouse picks, liaising with a team of Sales Representatives and managing customer enquiries. You will also be heavily involved in the control and movement of stock.

**Key Responsibilities**

Assisting and reporting to the Sales and Distribution Manager.

Manage mailbox for customer interaction including order placement and customer enquiries and/or requests.

Resolving stock issues on pick slips, sorting through back order releases for warehouse processing, managing / updating inventory records as required.

Investigating credit requests.

Assisting in Showroom presentation.

Creating and maintaining customer information on our system.

General Administration.

Online updates and maintenance.

**Essential Skills and Abilities**

A high level of competence in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Previous experience using Microsoft Dynamics (BC17 is preferred, but experience working on other ERP system is applicable) and PC Proficiency of Microsoft Office suite

Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels with a professional manner

Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Must possess the ability to influence and lead negotiations with internal and external stakeholders

High attention to detail

Exceptional customer service

Ability to multitask

Demonstrated adaptability, flexibility and positive attitude at all times

Team player

Excellent time management skills

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Geebung, QLD 4034 (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Geebung, QLD 4034: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
