**About the role**:
Accent Group values its wholesale business, its team, and its customers and has been operating as a wholesale business since its inception in 1988. We have an exciting opportunity to join the Wholesale team as a National Sales Manager for our Herschel brand, reporting into the Brand Manager.
With our dedicated wholesale teams working from our Melbourne base, and with showrooms and offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Auckland, we believe our people have a great set of resources to get the best out of their roles.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Deliver profitable sales of our wholesale customers and to manage the distribution of the brand whilst achieving all sales and profit targets.
- Building a strategic plan for wholesale sales across Australia in partnership with BM.
- Working with global brand principles you will be required to manage the relationship driving opportunities and contractual obligations.
- Manage the distribution of the brand for Accent Group, and its key commercial components.
- Manage brand commercial terms with wholesale partners.
- Build range assortments and pricing architecture to meet the relevant sales and margin targets.
- In partnership with Head of Marketing establish the road map for vertical brands whilst also partnering with wholesale channel to execute co-op.
- Facilitate the Sell In of future product ranges, for our wholesale customers and retail buying teams, and ensure orders are met within the right timelines.
- Deliver the brand strategies, product stories and key commercial objectives for each season to the wholesale customers and retail buying teams.
- Be responsible and accountable for wholesale stock levels across the key metrics of each brand.
- Oversee the order book management to wholesale customers and drive the sales of free stock to ensure maximum sales to accounts are achieved.
- Consistently monitor and report on sell through of all wholesale accounts.
- Assist and work with the retail teams, specifically regarding our buying and trading areas to drive strong commercial outcomes for the brand within the retail business.
- Help to Manage costs of the Wholesale Business by being diligent and within budget for travel, samples, marketing, entertainment, ensuring profitability for the brand and wholesale business.
- Assist and support the negotiation, completion and overall delivery of Accent Trading Terms and the wholesale businesses Key Commercial objectives

**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:

- 5 Years + Experience in Sales / Brand Management.
- Understand retail, apparel & footwear product, supported by sufficient business skills.
- University degree in business with a sales and management focus is preferable.
- Industry exposure in sales, retail, sports, apparel, and account management is preferable.
